What we collect
We only collect what you type into our order form or send us in a message:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your mobile number or Messenger contact
- Your delivery address
- The pack you chose, the total, and any coupon code you used
- Notes you add, such as your Google review link or branding details
- Artwork files and design settings, if you choose to send us a custom design
We do not ask for your passwords, government ID numbers or card numbers through this website.
How the order form works
This website does not store your order on its own server. When you press the send button, your browser opens Facebook Messenger with your order details filled into a message addressed to our page. The message is only sent when you press send inside Messenger. Messenger is operated by Meta, which handles that message under its own privacy policy.
Custom design preview
When you use the design preview tool, your image is opened only inside your own browser to draw the preview. It is not uploaded to this website and we do not receive it. If you want us to print a design, you attach the file yourself in a Messenger chat with us. Meta handles that message under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your information
- To confirm, prepare, program and deliver your order
- To contact you about payment, delivery and support
- To honor our replace or refund guarantee
- To keep records of sales as required by law
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to complete your order:
- Couriers, so they can deliver to your address
- Payment providers or banks, if you pay through them
- Meta, because orders are sent through Messenger
- Government agencies, if the law requires it
Cookies, analytics and fonts
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or browser storage.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser connects to Google servers to fetch them, and Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.
How long we keep it
