These terms apply to every order you place with TapStar ("we", "us") through this website or Messenger. By sending an order, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What we sell
We sell NFC cards in two versions. Version 1 has an NFC tap area only. Version 2 has an NFC tap area on the left and a QR code on the right of the same face. We program them to open a link you give us, such as your Google review page, Facebook page or menu. The order form on this website is a request to buy. We accept your order when we confirm it with you by message and payment arrangements are agreed.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in Philippine pesos. Package prices and any "save" amounts are shown on the website at the time you order. The pair saving applies to the whole order: for every two cards in the same order, including two different cards, the stated amount is deducted. Coupon codes work only as stated, cannot be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may change prices or end a promotion at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already confirmed.
Payment
We will tell you the accepted payment methods when we confirm your order: [FILL IN: for example GCash, Maya, bank transfer, cash on delivery]. We start programming and shipping after payment is received, or on agreed cash on delivery terms.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free within the Philippines for orders shown as "free shipping" on the website. Delivery times depend on the courier and may be delayed by events outside our control. Please give a complete and correct address.
Replace or refund guarantee
If your sign does not work when it arrives, tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a short video or photo showing the problem. We will replace it or refund your payment for that item. Custom designs
You can send your own artwork to be printed on a card. You confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to use it. We may refuse a design that infringes someone else's rights or is unlawful. The design preview tool is an illustration, so colors, cropping and positioning on the finished card can differ slightly. We confirm the final design with you in chat before we print it. Compatibility
NFC works on most modern smartphones that have NFC turned on. Some phones and cases can reduce or block NFC. Version 2 cards also have a QR code that opens the same link.
Your responsibilities
- Give us a correct link and tell us if it changes.
- Follow the rules of the platform your link points to. For Google reviews, this means you must not pay customers for reviews, give gifts for positive reviews, or ask only happy customers to review. We are not responsible if a platform removes reviews or restricts your listing.
- Use the product only for lawful purposes.
No guarantee of results
A sign makes it easier for customers to open your page. We do not promise any number of reviews, any star rating, any search ranking or any increase in sales. Examples on the website, including the interactive demo, are illustrations only.
Changing the link later

Limit of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.
Intellectual property
The TapStar name, logo, website text and designs belong to us. Logos and content you send us for custom designs remain yours, and you confirm you have the right to use them.
Governing law
